Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) will be responsible for the recruitment and filling of open positions within their assigned business group. The TABP will also work very closely with the departments on the planning for current needs, future staff, growth and retention.

Participates in all TABP efforts, such as attracting and sourcing the best talent, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding. Generates, organizes, updates, processes, and maintains personnel documents including recruitment, screening, and hiring. Answers employee questions and concerns regarding career advancement, employment, or other Human Resource related areas in a timely fashion. Attends career fairs and networking opportunities in the community to build candidate pipeline. Coordinates possible employment opportunities between interns and volunteers. Promotes internal employment growth with a timely response to Career Advancement Applications. Communicates with hiring managers and leadership team to ensure recruitment needs are being met through timely communication, follow through and updates. Develops and updates periodic reports for talent and performance management measures.
