Job Summary:
\r\nThe Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives and recruitment efforts with management of assigned business unit(s). The position formulates partnerships across the Human Resource (HR) function to deliver value-added service to management and candidates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Providing excellent, proactive, candidate-focused support, partnering with designated business leaders is key to deliver organizational performance through excellent people management, great working environment and the recruitment and retention of talent.
\r\nEssential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
\r\n\r\nActs as a strategic partner to organizational leadership by developing recruitment programs and policies that align with the Company’s vision, values, and direction, supporting long-term business objectives.\r\nOversees recruitment initiatives for hourly workforce, and leads the development of specialized programs, such as Transportation, Visa Programs, Reentry\r\nPrograms, local and state Veteran job fairs, community engagement, and other job fair activities.\r\nBuilds and maintains strong, proactive relationships with leaders to understand business needs and operational labor challenges, providing tailored recruitment solutions and support.\r\nActively participates in and develops federal and state programs aimed at increasing workforce diversity, including veterans, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and program workers.\r\nLeverages technology and Human Resources (HR) systems to enhance recruitment marketing efforts and the Company’s employer brand, ensuring effective talent acquisition and outreach.\r\nManages key recruitment metrics and regularly reports on workforce indicators. Uses data-driven insights to shape people practices and support decision-making across business units.\r\nAnalyzes HR trends and metrics to develop innovative recruitment strategies for hourly workforce, addressing labor needs and supporting business growth.\r\nLeads the implementation of targeted resourcing plans to boost hourly workforce recruitment in all processing facilities, ensuring timely and effective staffing.\r\nMaintains an in-depth understanding of legal requirements related to recruitment, ensuring compliance with regulations and reducing legal risk. Collaborates with the Legal and Compliance teams as necessary.\r\nUpholds effective working relationships with leadership team and employees, providing guidance on recruitment processes and broader organizational issues.\r\nTravels to Company facilities as needed to participate in recruitment events, develop site-specific recruitment strategies, and supporting staffing efforts in processing facilities.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned. \r\n\r\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
\r\n\r\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft professional and engaging job postings.\r\nProven ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and develop strategic recruitment solutions aligned with business needs.\r\nDemonstrated leadership skills in partnering with corporate leaders, proactively addressing HR related concerns, and responding with urgency to organizational needs.\r\nAbility to exercise sound judgment and tact in applying rules, regulations, and policies, especially in sensitive or complex situations.\r\nSolid understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.\r\nStrong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.\r\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation and data integrity.\r\nPossess the ability to think critically and apply forward-thinking approaches to resolve challenges effectively.\r\nCapable of working independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating reliability and accountability.\r\nExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently.\r\nMaintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.\r\nProficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). \r\n\r\nEducation & Experience:
\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. Will consider a combination of education and work experience in lieu of a degree.\r\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in human resource management.\r\nPrior experience and strong knowledge of immigration employment laws desired.\r\nBilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to speak, read, write, and translate strongly preferred.\r\nPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.\r\n\r\nWorking Conditions:
\r\n\r\nWork is performed in an office environment with telephones, personal computers, and printers.\r\nSedentary position with seldom to occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds.\r\nMay require standing less than or equal to 1/3 of the day.\r\nAbility to collaborate virtually with stakeholders across multiple time zones.\r\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.\r\nResponsible to maintain an internet service that supports all functions required to perform their job outside of Butterball’s traditional workspace. Service must support Teams for Business, screen sharing, video, when necessary, Office 365, SharePoint, Share Drive access, cell phone signal, or other systems required to support company systems and to work effectively.
