As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will provide dedicated support for a range of hiring priorities across China, particularly as they relate to talent attraction strategies, recruitment processes and working with all levels of leaders and candidates.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing recruiting and sourcing strategies and techniques for regional commercial roles. This will include direct sourcing, job posting optimisation, agency engagement, recruitment marketing channel development, job boards and other talent attraction initiatives
Partnering with key stakeholders and People Partners to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs
Developing and managing processes for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
Gain understanding of business strategy and critical requirements for targeted search and talent pipelines
Acting as a Brand Ambassador for Convatec, including developing localized employment marketing initiatives, referral programs and partner relations for the region
Effectively manage external agencies and vendors, driving performance and capabilities to ensure successful relationships and outcomes
Ensure adherence to best practice recruiting policies and processes, including internal recruitment, that will contribute to a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Streamline all backend activities and systems
Play a key role as a project member within APAC and/or Global TA CoE
To be successful you will have:
Demonstrated recruitment experience from a large global organisation across a diverse range of roles and functions
In-depth knowledge and experience of a wide range of sourcing and recruitment strategies, including direct sourcing methodologies, social media channels and agencies.
Proven project management, recruiting and stakeholder management experience, able to influence at a senior level, preferably from within a matrixed organisation
Understanding of local/regional requirements and legislation as it pertains to talent acquisition
Appreciation and passion for the value of candidate experience and employer branding
Effective communication, time management and organisational skills
Bilingual capability with proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
Digital and Technology experience in Workday, Phenom, Ajinga, WeChat
