Talent Acquisition Business Partner

The Downer Energy & Utilities Talent Acquisition team delivers exceptional, consistent results across both Australia & New Zealand business streams. We have an opportunity for an experienced White Collar Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team in our Milton, Brisbane office.

 
About the role


This role will be responsible for strategic sourcing to meet current and future project requirements, as well as building and maintaining relevant pipelines of talent. A strong focus on managing stakeholder relationships and providing effective recruitment solutions to the business, you will ensure strong process orientation and be proactive and flexible to support the broader recruitment team.


•    Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide effective recruitment solutions to support business outcomes. 
•    Developing effective sourcing strategies and contributing to quality, diverse and inclusive hiring decisions. 
•    Ensure an excellent candidate experience and management fit for purpose.
•    Be the subject matter expert on the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure adherence to the company standard and procedures. 
•    Support the broader talent acquisition team with ongoing recruitment and projects across our division.


About you


•    Work experience with end-to-end White-Collar recruitment utilising multiple sourcing strategies to meet the needs of the business.
•    Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, operations and other stakeholders. 
•    Strong sourcing skills with experience in proactively identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
