What You'll Do

Event Logistics: Assist in the creation and preparation of materials for recruiting events. Research event venues and coordinate with venue staff to plan and execute events. Communicate event details with BCG consulting staff. Recruitment Marketing: Use applicant tracking system (Eightfold) and other tools to manage data, input event details, and generate correspondence, reports, and event invitations. Share events and job postings on campus 12Twenty pages to be marketed to candidates.   Calendar Management: Create and maintain campus recruiting calendars. Provide updates for the team’s portfolio of schools in central Consultant Campus team calendar.  Reporting: Maintain and update candidate details in Excel tracking system. Ensure that trackers and SharePoint files are up-to-date and accurate. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, consultants, and other business functions to assist with the marketing and execution of the recruitment process. 

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications: 

Current Enrollment: Must be enrolled as a student at Northeastern University, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication Studies, or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals. Organization & Time Management Skills: Must be able to prioritize work effectively and meet key deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. High Customer Service & Relationship Orientation: Must possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly responsive, and create effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization and candidates on our campuses. Problem-Solving: Ability to approach complex problems with composure under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset. Flexibility: Must be willing to travel to campus events during peak recruiting periods. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Eightfold, iCIMS, or similar platforms is highly desirable. HR or Recruiting Experience: Prior experience or interest in HR or recruitment processes is advantageous. Events Experience: Prior experience managing large-scale events through previous internships or student organizations will be beneficial in this role.
