Talent Acquisition Consultant (Project Based)
Position Description:

• Implement end-to-end recruitment to meet assigned searches.
• Establish understanding on recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Build applicant sources with colleges/universities, employment agencies partnerships, access to job posting websites, leveraging on social media site and exploring non-traditional recruitment venues.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure partnerships with the hiring/project managers are established to understand further assigned requirements to fills.
• Work with Talent Acquisition Manager, recruiters and hiring/project managers on implementing plan to ensure availability of talent from the local job market at the time of need.
• Leverage on available recruitment sources to ensure requirement are met
• Establish regular and timely stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment of targets and objectives.
• Meet SLAs and metrics as agreed with key stakeholders and give regular update to resourcing
• Use available monitoring tools to measure progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies implemented for assigned searches
• Execution of recruitment programs and strategies. Ensure procedures are effectively in place for utmost efficiency.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• University graduate with considerable proven industrial experience and track record.
• With at least 1 year of work experience in end-to-end recruitment of volume/agent level hiring.
• Preferably has experience in working in a multinational organization with a global operating model.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly resourceful, resilient, engaging and eager to provide value to stakeholders.

• Open to work on hybrid set up (2 to 3times onsite per week).
• Open to work in McKinley, Taguig and Ortigas, Pasig.
• Open for a project-based contract from 3 to 6 months (depends on the project need).
