SummaryPerdue Farms is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Coordinator, Talent Acquisition (TA) Content to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The Coordinator, Talent TA Content, will be responsible for leading a strategic job posting project aimed at optimizing job titles and postings across the organization. This is a contract position that will play a critical role in ensuring that job postings align with organizational branding, attract top talent, and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
The estimated contract length of this assignment is 2 months.
This position has a target wage of $18- $27 per hour, based experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Audit existing job titles across the organization to identify inconsistencies and redundancies. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to consolidate and standardize job titles for uniformity as needed. Recommend best practices for future job title creation and classification. Review current job postings for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational tone and branding. Write new, engaging, and inclusive job postings that clearly communicate job responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits. Ensure all job postings meet compliance standards for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and other applicable regulations. Develop and implement a structured repository to store finalized job postings and titles for use across the organization. Minimum Education High School Diploma required 1+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Marketing, Journalism, or Business.

An understanding how to optimize job postings for search engines to improve visibility. Ability to quickly learn company tone, branding, and compliance requirements. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
