Talent Acquisition Coord Sr
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Sr, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting campus recruiting and intern/co-op programs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer orientation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for candidates, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** **Talent Acquisition Coordinator Sr** **Location:** Onsite in Columbus, OH **Pay Range:** $26.25hr **What's the Job?** + Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient and compliant staffing process, delivering a positive candidate experience. + Schedule interviews, coordinating with candidates, managers, and interview teams. + Initiate and shepherd candidates through the hiring process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely. + Conduct new hire orientation and monitor background check results. + Administer or assist with employment tests as needed. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related area preferred. + Six years of experience in the field or a related area, with knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies (ATS). + Proven organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. + Please note: This role will support the client's campus recruiting and intern/co-op programs. Experience in this area is highly preferred.
