As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and proven organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Coordinator **Location:** onsite in Columbus, OH or Tulsa, OK **Pay Range:** $26.25 per hour **What's the Job?** + Provide overall support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department, from scheduling interviews to onboarding candidates. + Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process delivering a positive candidate experience. + Schedule interviews, coordinating with candidates, managers, and interview teams while arranging travel accommodations when required. + Initiate and shepherd candidates through the hiring process by ensuring applications and new hire paperwork are completed accurately and timely. + Conduct new hire orientation and monitor background check results to ensure compliance and accuracy. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related area preferred. + Six years of experience in the field or in a related area, with knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and recruiting technologies (ATS). + Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment. + Please note: Individual can be located in Columbus, OH or Tulsa, OK.
