Responsibilities:
• Support recruiters in candidate development & life cycle
• Post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor, Indeed)
• Assist in researching new avenues to attract and identify top talent
• Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate their travel
• Prepare offer letters
• Resolve issues in Workday, Broadbean, etc.
• Generate reports and track metrics related to hiring
• Interface with external vendors
• Invoice processing and reconcile recruiting expenses
• Build strong relationships and partnerships across broader HR functions
• Other duties assigned
Qualifications
• BA /BA degree is preferred or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years’ Human Resources administration experience and/or previous recruiting experience
• Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Technologically savvy with experience in social media recruiting and process mapping
• Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) a plus
