This role requires a hybrid work arrangement. At Wipfli, hybrid is defined as associates regularly work in a Wipfli office, from home, and other meeting sites. Note that scheduled meetings in the office will require in-person attendance. This role specifically will require working from a Wipfli office 1 day per week.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Partner with our talent acquisition team to manage the final stages of the recruitment process including communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other internal Wipfli team membersServe as the primary administrator for current Talent Acquisition technologies, ensuring optimal performance and user support. Proactively research and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline Talent Acquisition processesSystem administrator for our ATS, Talent Acquisition helpdesk ticketing system, and various other technologies leveraged within Talent AcquisitionTrack and report on monthly and quarterly metrics across the Talent Acquisition processesCoordinating job searches, creating and reviewing job postings, and assisting with job postings supporting our recruitment effortsManage communication among our independent contractor population during onboarding and offboarding phasesAssist in the administration of various compliance processes, immigration processing, and onboarding committeeLead internal communications to drive awareness of Talent Acquisition effortsSupport and collaborate with our international HR operations team membersPartner with our Talent Acquisition sourcer to drive activity in the CRM and support talent pipelining effortsContribute to our employment branding efforts through social media Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferredRequires 0-1 years of job-related experience, preferably in an HR environmentPrevious administrative or project planning experience, preferably in a human resource environment with a technology savvy approachExposure to a high volume, multi-site environment in professional services, preferredDemonstrated experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Workday). Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user supportCommitment to staying updated with the latest HR technologies and trends to ensure the Talent Acquisition team remains at the forefront of technological advancementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $20.00/hr to $31.00/hr, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
