Position OverviewUnited Health Services (UHS) is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides excellent services to our post-offer/onboarding individuals, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and efficient onboarding experience for all newly hired employees. This role works closely with candidates from the post-offer stage through their first day, guiding them through required documentation, scheduling, and key onboarding steps. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as a consistent point of contact, helping new hires feel informed, welcomed, and prepared. The role also supports and coordinates in-person orientation sessions and collaborates with Talent Acquisition team members to address onboarding-related issues and maintain compliance.

$19.37 - $28.09 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities
· Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new hires by providing timely communication, support, and guidance from post-offer acceptance to day one
· Manage onboarding steps for multiple individuals simultaneously, ensuring all required tasks are completed, including background checks, health screenings, and documentation
· Ensure completion of necessary forms, such as I-9, tax forms, and employment agreements, and verify compliance with legal and organizational requirements
· Maintain regular contact with new hires to address questions, provide reminders, and ensure progress through the onboarding process
· Utilize onboarding tools and systems to track progress, maintain records, and generate reports as needed
Position Qualifications
Minimum Required:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Read, write, and speak English fluently
+ Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Strong understanding of the customer, ability to solve problems and communicate clearly in a positive manner
+ Intermediate to advanced computer skills
+ Demonstrate ability to handle highly confidential information
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, and maintain a very high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Preferred:
+ Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
+ Working knowledge of HR systems, including Workday
+ Experience working in Human Resources, Payroll or Finance
+ PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
