Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Organization, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the overall recruitment process by managing logistics, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and assisting the Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities
Assist talent acquisition and hiring managers in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring availability and alignment across all parties (Talent Acquisition, managers, interview panels). Serve as the point of contact for candidates, providing information about the interview process, timelines, and answering any questions they may have. Help review, and screen resumes for minimum qualifications or assist Talent Acquisition by sorting and categorizing applications based on predefined criteria. Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive candidate experience. Collect feedback from hiring managers and Talent Acquisition after interviews, ensuring prompt next steps in the recruitment process. Facilitate background check processes by sending necessary forms to candidates, working with third-party providers, and following up to ensure completion.Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate response rates, and pipeline progress, and provide reports to Talent Acquisition or HR leadership. Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up to date with candidate statuses, interview notes, and offer details, and generate reports when needed. Help coordinate and organize recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events to attract talent.Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate, diploma, or degree accreditation in Business or Human Resources is preferred. A minimum of 2 years administrative experience supporting Recruitment functions Proven competency in MS Office suite of tools Familiarity with applicant tracking and HR systems. Ability to appropriately handle high volume and work in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal skills – establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization, communication skills including verbal and written. Customer service, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on producing a quality product in a timely manner.What can you expect from Champion?
