SBM Management Services is searching for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition Department and recruiting team through administrative tasks such as ordering equipment and managing job postings. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process by managing job postings, preparing offer letters (including promotions), and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities:
Manage and update job postings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations in all recruitment and offer-related documentation.Prepare offer letters for promotions and other employment-related changes in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with creating ad hoc reports.Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team and IT to ensure new employees receive their provided equipment prior to start date.Responsible for scheduling team meetings, maintaining meeting agendas, and tracking action items. Provide first in class service to hiring managers, candidates, and employees.Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team.High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related field.Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
