Responsibilities Include:
Support Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) throughout the candidate selection and hiring process to include scheduling interviews, coordinating directly with candidates and hiring managers; and arranging candidate/new hire travelCreating and editing job requisitions/postingsCreate a positive candidate experience in by maintaining complete and accurate communication with candidatesIdentify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyAssist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and special projects (ex: managing swag inventory)Represent SNC at career fairs and hiring events as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications You Must Have:
A high school diploma and 0-2 years or more of relevant Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceExperience with Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented, precise, and highly organizedSolid customer service and communication skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentialityAbility to successfully perform multiple tasks concurrently, with a strong ability to prioritize effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWide degree of creativity and proactive problem-solving skillsQualifications We Prefer:
