POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is to support the HUB South Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment life cycle. The TAC will be responsible for providing scheduling and administrative support to the recruiting team, as well as, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to help grow the talent pipeline and promote employer branding. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is often the first company representative a candidate meets; this position is instrumental in effectively communicating our talent brand internally and externally.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with coordination and administrative tasks: scheduling interviews, following up with hiring managers and candidates, reporting/tracking, and ad hoc tasks as assignedManage the internal HRIS (Workday) and CRM (Phenom) with creating requisitions, monitoring candidate applications, data entry, reporting, offer letters, and onboardingManage additional recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.)Monitor background checks and manage the onboarding process for new hiresAssist with tracking our recruitment efforts, requisitions, and additional reporting in Excel as neededSupport the recruiting process: schedule interviews, share assessment results, collaborate with the team, interact with candidates, assist with offer, onboarding, and monitoring background check resultsAssist with developing professional relationships with industry groups, local universities and civic organizations for candidate sourcing, internship partnership, and a heavy focus on diversity outreachInvolvement in strategic initiatives and internal projects including but not limited to: strategic diversity recruiting, talent branding, newsletters, job fairs, social media outreach, and ongoing process improvements for best practicesConduct sourcing, cold candidate outreach, and assist with building talent pipeline throughout the Southeast RegionSupport our internship program with recruiting, reporting, scheduling, and administrative assistance

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must love recruiting! Ideally possesses a strong interest in aligning HUB’s mission towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with diversity recruitment best practicesBachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferredMinimum of 1-2+ years’ experience in a coordinator role supporting an HR or Recruiting team is preferredMust be able to work autonomously but be team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible as we shift responsibilities to best support a rapidly growing region and human resources teamCustomer-focused with exceptional organizational skills, communication and follow up skills, strong attention to detailStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookLinkedIn, Workday, Indeed Resume, and Handshake experience are positives but not requiredAbility to travel occasionally as needed for job fairs, trainings, team meetings, etc. (less than 10%)
