Talent Acquisition Coordinator
**Overview** SOSi is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join our TA team in Reston, VA. **This is a temp-to-perm, in person, opportunity** . The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and very detail-oriented individual who is looking to learn quickly and grow a career within TA or Human Resources. The TA Coordinator is an integral part of the HR team who will help ensure new hires are processed in a timely and efficient manner and that the onboarding transition to an employee happens seamlessly. This is a high volume and high performing team, which will require an ability to adapt to shifting priorities on a regular basis. **Essential Job Duties** + Collects and tracks new hire paperwork, files, and ensures all information is documented accurately. + Assists with generating contingent offer letters, pre-employment screenings, standard operating procedures, and general knowledge management. + Maintains iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS) by posting, monitoring, and closing job requisitions, and updating candidate statuses throughout the selection process. + Assists in trouble shooting iCIMS issues and providing initial training to new recruiters. + Assists general TA Operations including but not limited to job fair registrations, purchase requisitioning, maintaining the SharePoint site, and other process documents. + Prepares and monitors recurring recruiting metrics and activity reports with the Managers. + Performs other duties as assigned by management. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree or two years of direct relevant recruiting experience (internship experience will be considered). + 1-2 years of recent Recruiting Coordinator experience. + Mid-level Excel experience is required. + Must be very detail-oriented and a self-starter who can solve problems and exercise good judgement and discretion. + Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal). + Excellent organizational skills. + Ability to adjust quickly and adapt to changing priorities. + Ability to work under direct supervision and as a member of a team. + Discreet handling of confidential information and professional demeanor. + Proficiency with talent management platforms, tools, and products is desired but not required. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required. **Preferred Qualifications** + Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. **Work Environment** + Normal office working environment. + Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. + Local/non-local travel will be required **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
