We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our pre-opening team. This role will support our recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to deliver outstanding service in line with Miraval’s wellness philosophy. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.Manage candidate communication and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Support the execution of talent acquisition strategies aligned with Miraval’s business goals and wellness-focused culture.Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.Promote the Miraval brand as an employer of choice, highlighting the unique work culture and benefits.
