Talent Acquisition Coordinator II

Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to a team of recruiters, including but not limited to: managing the interview scheduling process, creating and distributing offer letters, administering and monitoring the pre-employment process. This includes responsibility for ensuring the satisfaction of hiring managers, candidates and new hires by providing responsive, high quality, professional service and support in the recruiting function.

What you will do

Manages the interview scheduling process, including phone, virtual and on-site interviews. May participate in phone screens with both external and internal candidates.Gathers and verifies schedule request information, builds the interview itinerary, contacts candidates and interviewers to coordinate appointments, and confirms appointments using Microsoft Outlook and emailProvides a seamless on-boarding experience by overseeing the pre-employment processManages the processing of candidate expenses by reconciling and routing for approval in the Expense Management SystemServes as a contact person for internal and external candidates by communicating professionally through email and phone correspondence, answering routine questions and using independent judgement to respond to requests for information or to refer more complex requests to appropriate staff membersProvides support to recruiters by escorting candidates, conducting campus tours, gathering and verifying job information, condensing job descriptions, and posting positions in an applicant tracking system (ATS)Participates in projects associated with the enhancement of recruiting processes or improvement of hiring manager and candidate experiencePrepares and distributes offer letters via the ATS per the information provided by the RecruiterIndividual Contributor

Required Qualifications:

3 years related experience in Office Administration3 years' experience interfacing with all levels of the organization, including Executives and external candidates3 years' experience using Microsoft Outlook email and calendar3 years' experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with highly confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree3 years' experience working in a high-volume human resource or recruiting environmentExperience with applicant tracking systemsExperience working in an environment of change
