Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide direct administrative support to TireHub’s Talent team, ensuring an efficient recruitment process and a high-quality candidate experience. This role will be responsible for managing interview scheduling, coordinating pre-employment requirements, maintaining accurate candidate records, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in streamlining hiring operations and enhancing the overall candidate journey.
This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Role Specifics:
Interview Coordination:
· Schedules and coordinates candidate interviews, distributes interview schedules, and assists in gathering evaluations/feedback for lateral candidates.
Candidate Tracking and Reporting:
· Ensures the maintenance of accurate candidate profiles in UKG Recruiting, including data entry, status tracking, and report generation.
Job Post Management:
· Supports the management of open job postings on TireHub’s website and other recruitment platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Managing Background and Drug Screen Processes:
· Oversees pre-employment background and drug screenings per company policies and the adjudication process.
· Ensures compliance with regulations, maintain accurate and confidential records, and support hiring decisions.
· Communicates screening requirements to candidates and address inquiries.
· Collaborates with hiring managers, HR, and legal teams for timely adjudication.
· Manages vendor relationships to ensure service level agreements are met.
· Assists in updating policies, procedures, and adjudication guidelines.
· Prepares reports and track screening trends.
Onboarding Processes:
· Supports the hiring process by managing system onboarding tasks to ensure a seamless new hire experience. Collaborates with recruiters, HR Department, hiring managers to ensure accurate data entry, compliance, and timely completion of onboarding requirements within HRIS systems.
· Manages new hire onboarding in HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
· Maintains candidate and new hire records in applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
· Ensure pre-employment requirements, including background checks and I-9 verifications, are completed before the start date.
· Monitors onboarding workflows and follow up to ensure compliance with deadlines.
· Provides troubleshooting support for onboarding system issues and escalate as needed.
· Collaborates with IT, payroll, and other departments to ensure new hires receive system access, credentials, and equipment.
· Supports process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.
Recruiting Support:
· Works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Management team on targeted recruitment projects, including college/trade school outreach, diversity & inclusion initiatives and direct candidate outreach. Assists with various recruiting tasks as needed to support the team’s goals and ensure an efficient hiring process.
Training and Compliance:
· Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.
· Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures.
· Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.

Education/Experience:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition environment with an understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR technologies. UKGPro Recruiting preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-service mindset.
· Proficiency in UKG Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
· High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· A valid Driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience required (3 years preferred; Does not include time on learner’s permits).
Work Environment:
· This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.
· Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
· This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA and requires a strong in-person presence.
