The Talent Acquisition Coordinator Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of representatives handling all talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and pre-selecting candidates. The role involves managing and monitoring these activities, collaborating with the Senior TA Lead for continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with Goodyear's recruitment strategy. The incumbent acts as the first point of contact for TA specialists and internal stakeholders, and the second point of contact for HR Business Partners, In-Country HR Representatives, HR COEs, hiring managers, and other organizations requiring recruitment support. Maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial to achieving mutual goals.
Job Responsibilities:
You will identify and prioritize opportunities for process or technical improvements, drive completion, and standardize processes across supported countries. You will collaborate with senior leads and stakeholders to drive and complete projects using Goodyear's project management methodology. You will provide timely updates, establish positive relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders to align on service level agreements and recruitment activities. You will Facilitate talent pipelining activities, ensure continuous candidate flow, and utilize effective sourcing channels and branding activities. You will review and implement process updates, provide insights on best practices. You will ensure all updates are captured in standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will publish and consolidate key reports, present data for customer presentations, and communicate team successes. You will provide recommendations based on trends. You will communicate expectations, gather team input, handle performance and motivation issues, and ensure compliance with company policies. You will develop and coach team members, monitor performance, and enforce improvement plans as needed. You will review and approve employee timecards, submit manual adjustments, and approve leave requests.
Job Requirements:
You must be a graduate of any 4-year degree course (Business-related preferred). You must have at least 4 years as a Lead in talent acquisition or HR role You must have at least 5-7 years of total work experience in recruitment, preferably in SSC or BPO environments. You must be familiar with applicant tracking systems (preferably SAP) and sourcing tools. You must have strong English communication skills. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. You must have strong customer service orientation, project management, and stakeholder management skills. You must have the ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges. You must be willing to work on a hybrid setup and night schedule
