Talent Acquisition & Development Intern

About the role In this role you will be assigned to recruiting support as researcher/sourcer for diverse roles, this role is expected to conduct pre-screening calls, candidate scheduling, administration, background checks and pre-boarding duties. Additionally, during the internship, you will be assigned to support other Talent areas related to learning & development. The Talent Intern will also work with the Talent Acquisition and Learning Teams for day-to-day support. The successful candidate will be responsible for project to support GM Financial Internship experience. Location: Monterrey, NL Time Availability: 25 Hours What you need Active student in bachelors such as: Psychology, HR, Administration, Engineering or related. English & Spanish proficiency (both written & verbal). Availability for at least 30 hours per week (6 hours per day). Communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Visual design Skills (to create presentations / reports). Academic knowledge of learning theories and instructional curriculum. Open to learning and developing skills. Customer Service oriented. Background experience HR, recruiting, learning or administrative activities is a plus. What you will be doing Conduct phone pre-screenings. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage ad-hoc reporting related to TA. Job Board postings such as: OCC, University Job Boards, etc. Support in job fair logistics and recruitment events. Contribute in DE &I efforts related with Talent Acquisition activities. Candidate pre-hire checks & evaluations support. Support administrative tasks related to learning & development. Proof reading content, translations & presentation design. Assigned Project: Improve the GM Financial overall internship experience.
