What the day will look like In the Early career program you´ll provide comprehensive support for the recruiting efforts for the Trainee Program such as: Organize and participate in recruitment events and outreach activities to attract top talent Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives Plan and coordinating logistics for large interview days in the office creating a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process In Talent acquisition team, you´ll support by: Interview Scheduling: Organize and coordinate interviews for candidates across various time zones in Latin America. Sourcing for specific positions where may need strategic approach How this opportunity is different In this opportunity you´ll be part of a LATAM project, working closely with senior recruiters and interaction with our business managers to hire the future leaders of the company. Skills and experience that will lead to success Advanced English and Spanish Portuguese is a plus Previous experience in talent acquisition (desirable) Previous experience in project management Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all three languages. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Previous experience in administrative roles or supporting corporate programs and events. Data & analytics: Ability to extract and create reports using excel, power bi and/or other analytical tools.
