Primary Responsibilities
An Automotive Recruiter will be on a high-performing team responsible for recruiting for all dealership positions across Canada. This position will require you to get creative while sourcing candidates via a variety of means. The ideal candidate will not wait for the best candidates to come to them but will come up with new ways to source/headhunt the best talent out there!
Primary Duties
Partnering with leadership to assess current and future needs across all businesses and departmentsBuilding and maintaining a pipeline of talent to ensure the dealerships staffing needs are met across all dealerships in CanadaDirect Sourcing/Headhunting of passive talent to ensure time-to-fill targets are metInterviewing candidates in person and virtuallyRequirements
4+ years of recruiting and headhunting experienceExperience sourcing candidatesImpeccable writing skills Experience using LinkedIn and other social platforms to connect with passive candidatesExperience cold calling is an assetBenefits
