Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Lead

Position Summary

Develop and implement talent acquisition and attraction strategies for the recruitment of outstanding talents in order to contribute to the business performance.

Align on recruitment policies, standards and processes and hire and appoint outstanding talents who meet those standards to the required business organization, thereby reinforce people competitiveness.

Role and Responsibilities

[Talent acquisition planning and strategy] Support the execution of recruitment operations, plans and strategies. 

[Talent sourcing] Support the search for talents with required skills and experiences using various sourcing channels. 

[Talent selection] Support the interview process by conducting and facilitating full cycle recruitment for both internal and external talents 

[Stakeholder management] Collaborate with HR business partners, business leaders and hiring managers on demand fulfillment across sales and marketing functions 

[Talent Acquisition Projects] –Lead talent attraction initiatives such as campus, internship recruitment, graduate programs and employer branding campaigns 

[Onboarding] Assist in preparing prerequisites, onboarding trainings, employment documents draw-up and etc. for new hires. 

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field 

Minimum of 8 years of experience in related TA management, with a proven track record of success in role fulfillment across all levels, preferably in FMCG or electronics industries. 

Strong sourcing skills using diverse channels, preferably with experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday Recruitment, and Boolean search techniques to identify engage and attract top-tier talent 

Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills 

Preferably with experience in leading talent attraction initiatives such as campus, internship recruitment, graduate programs, and employer branding projects 

Ability to adapt to the unique challenges of a dynamic industry like electronics, couple with effective collaboration skills to work closely with hiring managers and team members in Samsung 

Willing to be based in McKinley Hill Taguig City, (full onsite work arrangement)
