ABOUT THE ROLE

Help the team identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process Communicate feedback effectively to applicants In order to be successful in this role, you will be:

Independent and self-driven: your organizational skills and remarkable determination mean that high-volume hiring doesn’t phase you. Strong stakeholder manager: excellent communication skills, unbeatable market insight and proven expertise up to director level help drive decisions through data and reporting. REQUIREMENTS

Some experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment or in-house within a similar tech or related industry player.  High English level  and Spanish (>C1), other languages are a plus Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.
