Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Utilize ATS, Teamwork Online, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other resources to identify and engage potential candidates. + Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for open roles. + Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and tracking applicant flow. + Support the candidate pipeline by maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS). + Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies. + Assist TA Manager with weekly and bi-weekly reports and other projects as needed. Education and/or Experience + Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor. + Self-starter with a strong attention to detail. + Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and/or ATS is a plus. + Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and an interest in data reporting. + A passion for recruiting, talent acquisition, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
