Woolpert is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team at our Dayton office. This position reports to the University and Community Relations Manager and is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with various projects and initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Talent Acquisition Intern at Woolpert, you will:
Assist in the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Compile company information, templates, preferred vendors, email templates, etc to be used within the new ATSResearch campus career fair dates, pricing, registration, tracking, coordination and working with Marketing on booth and collateralMarket and spotlight our intern and internship program with the assistance of our Internal Communications Marketing departmentAssist with various talent acquisition reportsWork with the recruiters to source passive candidates on LinkedInStandardize job description and audit ongoingSpecial projects as assigned Qualifications Be enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university, preferably with at least junior statusPursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing or Liberal Sciences (or related)Have a passion and interest in recruiting, talent acquisition and/or human resourcesProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPointWorking knowledge of Canva preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsBe self-motivated and self-reliant
