Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire process
Keeping current with new sourcing techniques, external market trends and serving as resource for areas of specialty in recruiting
Keeping up to date on market activities by reading industry papers, attending job fairs, professional conferences. Always bringing knowledge back to the Talent Acquisition team and translating learning's into competitive advantage for Criteo
Managing staffing metrics and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Who You Are:Interest in human resources, a first experience in recruitment is a plus
Excellent customer service with ability to listen to employees and managers to understand and respond to identified needs
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, and with multiple partners, simultaneously
Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Team orientated
Practically minded: able to roll sleeves up and get stuck in!
Results focused
Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Fluent in English, French is a plus
