The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead will assist Head of Talent Acquisition APJ Region talent acquisition and recruitment activities. He/she will act as an advisor to hiring managers and be the brand ambassador of Siemens Healthineers and Varian Japan.
Job Scope:
· Manage a team of recruiters
· Participating in the interviewing process and making the final hiring decision
· Developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning
· Sourcing, recruiting, and developing social engagement or talent pools
· Managing recruitment processes, including initial assessments and interviews
· You will develop and maintain TA analytics dashboard. You will collect and interpret data to identify patterns and trends; translate into useful information for TA/ HR decision. You will monitor and ensure data quality in the dashboard.
· You will assist in organizing recruiting & employer branding events.
· You will advise HR or line management in recruitment related matters.
· You will ensure that recruiting process adheres to local related employment and labor regulations of Japan
· Providing recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data
· Developing competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development or employee retention
· Using job boards, social media, and the internet to source qualified candidates for open positions
· Using recruitment and applicant tracking software to evaluate candidates from selection through to on-boarding
Requirement:
· Proven practical experience as a talent acquisition manager.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
· Proficient using social media and job boards.
· Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
· Well-organized.
· Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
· Good customer service skills.
· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
