MAU is hiring a Talent Acquisition Leader in Charleston, SC. As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will manage all aspects of recruiting and onboarding for exempt, non-exempt, and contract roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience and strong client partnerships.

General Requirements Must be highly organized and detail-oriented Must possess strong customer service orientation Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills Must possess an assertive, outgoing personality Ideal candidate will be focused, thorough, with a strong desire to succeed Strong computer and MS Office skills required Ethical Conduct Personal Effectiveness and Credibility Flexibility Collaboration Skills Initiative and Time Management Teamwork Orientation Thoroughness Problem Solving and Analysis Essential Functions Serve as the primary liaison between MAU recruiters and the hiring teams Post and manage job openings through internal and external systems Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities Maintain applicant tracking systems and communication processes Lead Associate Employment Specialists in talent acquisition duties Manage recruitment for contractors, co-ops, interns, and apprentices Oversee onboarding processes including background checks, drug screens, and documentation Facilitate regular staffing meetings with both client and MAU teams Maintain recruiting metrics and staffing reports Work Environment and Physical Demands Office environment with occasional visits to client sites, including manufacturing areas Standard office equipment use Exposure to industrial environments, including heavy equipment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours each) Travel Less than 15%
