Corteva Agriscience is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Leader - Strategic Market Intelligence to join our People team. This role will focus on understanding and leveraging agriculture and other competitive market dynamics to enhance our recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract the best candidates and stay ahead of industry trends. As an expert in sourcing and scouting, you will align our talent acquisition efforts with our strategic business goals, ensuring we build a team that drives our success.

What you’ll do & drive:

Proactive Scouting & Pipelining: Implement proactive sourcing initiatives to build a robust pipeline of talent and strengthen succession planning.Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing and thorough analysis of talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry dynamics to inform and improve recruitment strategies. Gather, analyze, and interpret market data to identify opportunities and threats in the talent landscape.Predictive Analytics & Availability Trends: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast future hiring needs and market conditions and detect warning system for potential talent shortages or surpluses. Present analytics and findings to key leadership in an easy-to-understand format.  Strategic Decision-Making: Provide insights to HR Business Partners and other business leaders to support strategic planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals.Training: Serves as the subject matter expert to mentor and train global Recruiters on sourcing capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in headhunting, sourcing or market analysis or related Human Resources / Talent Management roles. Agency background, experience in agriculture or similar technical research & development industry a plus.Skills:Proficiency with Candidate Relationship Management and sourcing systems and tools. Proficiency in predictive analytics and market research tools with practical application of AI tools.Demonstrated interpersonal communication and relationship building skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Global mindset and ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Project and process management skills with change management capability. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Ability to work independently, agile and fast learner.
