Talent Acquisition Manager, Field Staff & Management, Engineering and Skill Trades

Founded in 1909, ABM provides custom facility solutions in urban, suburban and rural areas to properties of all sizes — from schools and commercial buildings to hospitals, data centers, manufacturing plants and airports We’re looking for a **Talent Acquisition Manager** to lead our **Field Staff & Management, Engineering and Skill Trades** recruitment team of ten in the **East** and oversee full-cycle recruitment processes. This role is crucial in building a strong employer brand, attracting top talent, and driving operational excellence. The position can be based in our **New York City office (One Liberty Plaza)** or our **Atlanta office (4151 Ashwood Dunwoody Road)** in a **Hybrid** capacity (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office). **Key Responsibilities:** + **Lead and Develop a Team** – Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to drive performance and results. + **Recruitment Strategy** – Design and execute innovative hiring strategies aligned with business goals. + **Stakeholder Collaboration** – Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to address staffing needs. + **Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding** – Utilize creative sourcing methods to attract top candidates and enhance our employer reputation. + **Culture & Inclusion** – Implement inclusive hiring practices to foster a diverse workforce. + **Data-Driven Decision Making** – Track recruitment metrics and continuously refine strategies for efficiency and impact. **Who We’re Looking For:** + 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. + Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies. + Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. + Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. **Pay: $100,000–$150,000** The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
