Prime Healthcare is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, internally known as TA Manager, who is responsible for assisting in the delivery of key facets of recruiting success for our Acute Care Hospitals and Physician Clinics in the Chicago Area. The Talent Acquisition Manager accomplishes department objectives by developing recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have skills in sourcing, negotiating salaries, interviewing, networking, have a strong knowledge of clinical functions and will work closely with hiring managers, other human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that the talent acquisition practice meets the organization’s needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Regional TA Manager. ound intriguing... then you would know we offer a competitive compensation along with great benefits.

 

In this position you and/or your team will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Hiring Strategy, Sourcing, Candidate Screening, Interviewing, Negotiation, Compensation, Job Market Analysis, Talent Pipeline, Employer Branding, HR Metrics, Full-Cycle Recruiting, Stakeholder Management and Regional Recruitment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
 
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources required.
2. Master’s degree preferred.
3. At least 1 year of healthcare experience required
4. 1-3 years of recruitment preferred.
5. Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs required.
7. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality and time management skills required.
8. Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment.
9. Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.
10. Experience with ATS systems required.
11. Understanding and familiarity with recruitment budgets.
12. Analyzing data and preparing report.
