The Opportunity
Join our rapidly growing organization as a Talent Acquisition Manager where you will play a crucial role in building top-tier teams across all departments. This position offers the chance to drive the recruitment process, from sourcing & prospecting candidates to managing end-to-end candidate communication & promoting our employer brand on social media. This is a full-cycle role in which you'll drive candidate management, process management, & stakeholder management as you serve as a strategic talent partner to our various business leaders. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on attracting, hiring, & retaining the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing:Owning the full talent acqusition lifecycle in support of ISMG's various growing business units.Managing end-to-end recruitment & hiring efforts including candidate sourcing & outreach, applicant review, pre-screening & skills assessment, process management, offer & employment terms negotiation, employee agreement execution, & facilitating new hire onboarding plans.  Utilizing a variety of resources, tools, & creative strategies to effectively identify & attract top talent to meet organizational needs.Developing long-term recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.Collaborating with hiring managers to identify & attract top candidates.Recruiting talent through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, & events.Scheduling & assisting with interviews & preparing hiring materials.Drafting job descriptions & posting ads on digital platforms.Managing candidate data in the applicant tracking system.Providing detailed recruiting reports.Assisting with company culture activities & events while promoting company values & reputationPerforming other duties as assigned.What You'll Bring for Success:Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.5+ years of experience in a Recruitment role owning the full talent acquisition lifecycle encompassing talent identification & attraction, process management, & stakeholder management.   Ability to create & implement effective sourcing strategies for various roles & departments such as Sales, IT/Development, Marketing, Design, Editorial, Administration, etc.Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter & other recruitment tools. Excellent verbal & written communication skills & ability to craft effective candidate outreach messaging. Ability to learn quickly & course-correct as necessary to meet goals.  Familiarity with hiring & recruitment laws, regulations, & best practices.Ability to work in a fast-pace environment & adapt to change. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proactive & independent with strong initiative.Proficiency with applicant tracking software.SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.Additional details:We operate locally out of our HQ in Princeton, NJ & Manhattan, NYC office.
