As the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, you will identify and recruit high-performing talents, support their onboarding and growth within the organization, and ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborating with the HR Director and HR Business Partners, you'll leverage recruitment best practices, manage agency/vendor relationships, and lead Talent Acquisition programs. You'll also execute our Talent Acquisition and Development strategy, advise on employment guidelines and recruitment processes, strengthen our Employer Branding, and develop training programs to support talent development and individual growth in Red Bull Japan.
