Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and management of Talent Acquisition (TA) professional hiring in Mexico. This position will be responsible for day-to-day operations and processes in the TA space and drive key/strategic initiatives to deliver high-quality talent solutions that meet the business hiring needs and objectives. The role will  partner with our RPO, Hiring Managers, HR Managers, Operations Leaders, and external vendors to ensure a seamless and positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This individual will proactively manage appropriate vendor relationships to deliver processes and experiences that align to our overall Talent Acquisition strategy and the organization's business direction. There will be an opportunity to participate in projects as needed. 

 

*This role will be on-site in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon, Mexico* 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with the RPO for Professional hiring initiatives in the U.S.  Collaborate with HRM’s/HM to advise job profiles when needed Manage the relationship and performance with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and escalations. Partner with our Procurement team to ensure standardized and competitive contractual agreements for vendor services Work with RPO to identify hiring events and digital marketing campaigns, including social media platforms Ensure the RPO local recruitment strategy aligns with business objectives Monitor and evaluate RPO quality, compliance, cost-effectiveness, HM and candidate experience in accordance with service level agreements. Manage and set realistic expectations of Recruitment team and Hiring Manager Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, hiring managers, HR, vendors, and suppliers Active participation in regional technical system/process projects Skills and Minimum Experience Required Experience with large corporate or global TA functions                  Experience with SAP SuccessFactors                         Experience managing RPO's                         Knowledge of vendor agreements related to RPO and direct labor hiring                         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to influence and tell a story                      Proven ability to manage projects using standard project management tools and frameworks                   Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the talent acquisition function                         Ability to lead and run the day to day, but also step back have a more strategic vision to move forward                     Ability to strategically partner and consult across HR and the business                   Must have an analytical mindset to be able to analyze performance metrics, see trends, and tell the right story to drive the right change 

 

Language Requirements

Advanced English (speaking and writing)

Education & Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent 3 to 5 years         

 

Preferred Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in human resources, legal, organizational psychology, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred                    Progressive experience within HR with at least 3 years of experience in managing Talent Acquisition in large global corporate environments.  

Physical Requirements                        

Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.  Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.  Jobs are sedentary if walking or standing is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
