Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry, located in Bakerfield, California, for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. The selected candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including the management and optimization of talent acquisition processes and strategies.
Responsibilities
• Manage talent acquisition processes, leveraging tools such as Avature and the Applicant Track System
• Conduct Background Checks on potential employees to ensure suitability for the role
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and About Time for efficient handling of Benefit Functions
• Leverage platforms such as Careerbuilder and Cisco Webex Meetings for talent search and interviews
• Ensure effective Communication strategies are in place for interaction with potential hires
• Monitor and manage ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer
• Maintain accurate records of all talent acquisition activities
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Skilled in using Avature for talent acquisition
• Proficient in Careerbuilder to source potential candidates
• Ability to conduct meetings via Cisco Webex Meetings
• Experience with About Time for time management
• Proficiency in Applicant Track System for monitoring candidate progress
• Ability to conduct comprehensive Background Checks
• Knowledge of various Benefit Functions within a company
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal TalentMatch®
