Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry, located in Bakerfield, California, for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. The selected candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including the management and optimization of talent acquisition processes and strategies. Responsibilities • Manage talent acquisition processes, leveraging tools such as Avature and the Applicant Track System • Conduct Background Checks on potential employees to ensure suitability for the role • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and About Time for efficient handling of Benefit Functions • Leverage platforms such as Careerbuilder and Cisco Webex Meetings for talent search and interviews • Ensure effective Communication strategies are in place for interaction with potential hires • Monitor and manage ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer • Maintain accurate records of all talent acquisition activities • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process.
