Our client, a midsize Boston-based law firm, is conducting a search for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support their corporate functions, including finance, IT, legal, human resources & more. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for reqs across the functions, from entry level to executive level, including partnering with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions and plan a sourcing strategy, sourcing & screening candidates, managing candidate communication throughout the process, partnering with HR business partners on compensation, and managing the offer process. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will manage a small team.

Qualifications:
