We are seeking an experienced 

 

People Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

 

to join our dynamic HR team in Hamburg, Germany. 

 

What you will be doing

 

In this role, you will drive and coordinate our recruitment strategy, recruitment execution, and ensure that hiring processes are optimized for speed, quality, and alignment with the company's growth objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our recruitment practices, enhancing our employer brand, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience while supporting scalable, efficient hiring processes.

 

ANCS is embarking on an exciting journey as we transition to a standalone organization following a divestiture. This transformation provides a unique opportunity to establish an HR framework that aligns with our new vision, prioritizes operational excellence, and supports a vibrant, people-focused culture. We’re seeking skilled HR professionals who are motivated to build, innovate, and contribute to shaping an independent HR function from the ground up.

 

Your Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

 

Talent Pipeline Quality and Speed: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, ensuring that sourcing, screening, and hiring are timely, efficient, and aligned with business needs. Ensure that the recruitment process remains agile and responsive to fast changing demands while maintaining high-quality hires. Employer Brand and Candidate Experience: Work to continuously enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Ensure that every candidate interaction reflects the company’s values, fostering a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey. This includes developing strategies to attract diverse talent and engage candidates in a meaningful way. Hiring Metrics and Optimization: Monitor, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire) to evaluate and improve the recruitment process. Continuously refine and optimize recruitment strategies based on data, feedback, and industry best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness in hiring. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities. Provide advice and support throughout the recruitment process to ensure that hiring decisions are aligned with both departmental needs and company culture. Scalable Hiring Practices: Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies to support the company’s growth trajectory. This includes forecasting hiring needs, building talent pipelines, and ensuring that the recruitment team can manage high volume hiring in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Strategic Outcomes: Enable rapid, scalable hiring that aligns with the company’s growth objectives while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Develop and execute recruitment strategies that enhance the company’s employer brand and help position us as a top employer. Continuously improve hiring processes based on data and feedback to ensure efficiency, quality, and candidate satisfaction.

 

To be successful in this role we expect you to have: 

 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in a senior recruitment role, ideally in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques and talent acquisition technologies. Experience in setting and tracking key recruitment metrics and using data to drive process improvements. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple disciplines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers. Familiarity with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HRIS systems. Fluent in English, further language skills are welcomed.
