Are you a strategic leader passionate about attracting top talent? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment efforts at Erickson Senior Living. This is an opportunity to enhance the recruitment function, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to a growing, dynamic organization.
In this role, you’ll shape and implement recruitment strategies, manage talent acquisition enterprise initiatives, oversee full-cycle recruiting, and mentor a dynamic team of recruiters—all while driving innovation in the hiring process.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute sustainable talent acquisition strategies.
+ Partner with senior leadership to analyze staffing needs and provide strategic guidance.
+ Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing development for recruiting team members.
+ Manage talent acquisition projects, including roadmap initiatives, process improvements and ensure seamless recruitment operations.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to align on best practices and processes.
+ Elevate recruitment strategies and support talent acquisition enterprise-wide
+ Review data and recruitment based metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
**What you will need:**
+ A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, including strategy and full-cycle recruiting.
+ A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, coaching and developing teams.
+ Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment best practices.
+ Demonstrated ability to plan, communicate, execute and deliver projects efficiently from concept to completion.
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience
