Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly adaptable recruitment leader to oversee staffing requirements for new business and staffing ramp-ups across multiple locations. This position will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, managing a transition team, and ensuring that the workforce planning process aligns with business goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to pivot, adjust, and make changes to plans constantly, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration. This role also requires expertise in forecasting high-volume recruitment and managing workforce scaling. Additionally, the role requires heavy travel, up to 75%, to assigned locations to oversee recruitment activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing Oversight & Support: Lead staffing efforts for new business and staffing ramp-ups, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment to meet business needs across assigned locations.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee recruitment processes, including onboarding, interviewing, and hiring, to ensure the best talent is selected for the organization’s needs.Strategic Planning & Hiring Strategies: Partner with account and regional leadership to develop proactive hiring and transition strategies, leveraging historical trends, internal resources, and market data to ensure effective recruitment processes. Constantly adjust plans to meet changing business needs.Pivoting & Plan Adjustments: Demonstrate the ability to pivot quickly in response to shifts in staffing requirements, changes in business priorities, or market conditions. Work closely with multiple departments to adjust and realign recruitment strategies as needed.Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and lead a recruitment team through hiring, training, and performance management, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer service levels and performance metrics.Workforce Planning & Issue Resolution: Unblock any workforce planning issues by facilitating clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions and employee growth.Employee Engagement & Retention: Promote employee engagement, internal mobility, and retention by conducting regular in-person check-ins, addressing challenges, and aligning opportunities with hiring leadership and the Workforce Scheduling Team.Forecasting & High-Volume Recruitment: Utilize data and market analysis to accurately forecast high-volume recruitment needs and staffing trends. Plan and execute strategies to efficiently scale recruitment efforts while meeting business objectives.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with senior leadership, site leaders, and external clients, offering strategic insights into hiring best practices and talent acquisition strategies.Legal Compliance & Recruiting Standards: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal requirements, company policies, and Metro One guidelines.Metrics & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and report on key recruitment metrics, tracking the success of internal placements, job rotations, promotions, and other key data points.

 

Travel Requirements: This role requires heavy travel to assigned sites and business locations. You will be expected to visit multiple sites regularly to oversee recruitment activities during transitions and special projects.
