Talent Acquisition Manager
Description Total Rewards Consultant - REMOTE and Contract role Overview: We are looking for a knowledgeable and strategic Total Rewards Consultant to join our client's team and contribute to the design, implementation, and management of our organization’s total rewards programs. The consultant will play a critical role in ensuring our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This role will partner with key stakeholders across HR, leadership, and external vendors to deliver innovative and data-driven solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This is a fully REMOTE role and a CONTRACT role. Key Responsibilities: + Design, analyze, and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs to ensure alignment with the organization’s compensation philosophy and market competitivenes + Conduct benchmarking and market analysis studies to evaluate the company’s position against industry standards and recommend adjustments as required. + Develop and implement job evaluation processes, grading systems, and salary band frameworks. + Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks. + Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards in relation to employee benefits. + Identify opportunities for improving benefit offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and align with company goals. + Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement incentive programs that reward and recognize high performance and drive employee engagement. + Monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing recognition programs such as bonus plans, long-term incentives, and other rewards systems like Reach for the Stars (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx). + Develop and maintain total rewards policies and ensure they are well-communicated and understood across the organization. + Partner with internal communications teams to launch educational campaigns around compensation and benefits offerings to foster employee understanding and appreciation. + Analyze employee compensation and benefits data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making. + Prepare and present reports for senior leadership, including salary reviews, total rewards ROI, and program effectiveness. + Ensure all total rewards programs comply with federal, state, and local laws, including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and other related regulations. + Mitigate risks through regular audits, documentation, and adherence to best practices. + Work closely with HR, finance, and executive leadership to align total rewards strategies with broader business goals. + Manage relationships with external benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts and ensure high service levels. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required). + Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards roles; consulting experience preferred. + Strong understanding of compensation theory, benefits design, and compliance requirements. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems, and data analytics tools. + Experience conducting market research and benchmarking (e.g., using Mercer, Radford, or similar tools). + (Preferred): + Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). + Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-SCP. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. + Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
