Talent Acquisition Manager 

Role Overview: 

Join Lucid Motors as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will assist with both short-term and long-term planning and execution of talent acquisition initiatives. You will develop and drive innovative talent sourcing and acquisition strategies, forge close alliances with senior management, and proactively identify critical staffing issues. Your efforts will help build a world-class talent acquisition team that supports our mission to revolutionize the automotive industry. 

You Will:

Develop and implement talent sourcing and acquisition strategies.  Collaborate with senior management to identify staffing needs and develop diverse hiring strategies.  Create and track metrics to measure recruiting efficiency and quality of hire, while maintaining budget focus.  Work with senior leadership to develop and implement an employment brand strategy.  Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for one or more sub-divisions within the organization.  Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, launch requisitions, build pipelines, negotiate and extend offers, and drive mutual accountability.  Build a long-term hiring plan to identify and attract diverse talent. 

You Bring:

10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years as a TA manager in an in-house corporate setting.  8+ years of experience recruiting in high technology fields (e.g., SW Development, Systems Engineering, Data Science, ML, AI, Systems Integration & Test, ASIC Design & Verification).  Proven leadership experience with a track record of linking TA strategies to business goals and meeting hiring objectives.  Experience in TA process development and improvement based on trackable data and utilizing advanced applicant tracking systems.  Leadership experience mentoring and managing recruiters to achieve team success.  Experience working in complex organizations and partnering closely with executives, line management, and cross-geographical teams.  Successful experience working in a dynamic environment with limited structure.  Applied knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and statutes.  Proven planning and execution skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work through ambiguity.  BA preferred.
