What it Takes:
Talent acquisition expertise and ability to summarize complex market data to inform recruitment and talent strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Strategic thinking and application: Identifies and understands the problems the business is trying to solve, the complex factors that influence them, and the long-term implications of decisions to identify and maintain solutions that focus on driving outcomes through the intersection of strategy, organization, and talent/crew resources.
Strong stakeholder and planning management and frequent collaboration to execute flawlessly in situations where there are conflicting views and priorities across a varied network of stakeholders.
Adopts a continuous improvement approach to optimize resources and maximize value for internal stakeholders and business partners
Adaptability to navigate ambiguous problems and drive toward recommended solutions in a collaborative environment.

Team Leadership: Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew members. Provide guidance and training to develop your team. Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
Recruitment Process: Lead the recruitment process and implement the organization's recruitment strategy to ensure the process is conducted efficiently. Direct recruitment activities to ensure the best selection for each role.
Collaboration: Work closely with management to develop and implement recruitment strategies. Ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs.
Staff Development: Direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize their contributions and support their professional growth.
Best Practices: Develop recruitment best practices that support the organization's strategic goals and direction.
Market Analysis: Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal turnover trends to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment strategies. Adapt recruitment activities to changing market conditions.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Experience: Five years of related work experience, with at least three years of recruiting experience. Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
Special Factors: This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays – Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from one of our offices in Malvern PA, Charlotte NC, or Scottsdale AZ.
