Ecolab’s Talent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Team Lead in Pune, India will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, implementation, and operational efficiency of our talent acquisition processes globally. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, strong leadership skills, and a global mindset to lead a diverse team and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions.
This role will be responsible for:
Supervise and Monitor associates work production
Identify opportunities to improve repetitive processes to enhance productivity and reduce errors
Provide ongoing training to team to ensure productivity and accuracy
Keep the team motivated and engaged by doing repetitive and administrative tasks
Partner with internal customers to support ongoing business growth and initiatives
This role will be accountable for:
Reviewing and editing job requisitions in designated timeframe
Ensuring accuracy to job specifics, like location, shift, pay, etc..
Implement quality control measures to ensure the output meets the required standards
Maintain clear and concise documentation of processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their performance and address any issues promptly
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in developing and executing global talent acquisition strategies
Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and analytics
Proficiency in using talent acquisition technologies and platforms
Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
