Responsibilities:


The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment team to attract top talent ensuring we have the right talent, with the right future focuses skills, at the right time. This position supports full life cycle talent acquisition processes and projects supporting all areas of the organization.

This position will provide leadership, support, advocacy and vision to recruiters and support staff who provide recruiting, prescreening and onboarding support to hiring managers.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES


-Lead the talent acquisition organization focused on delivering top quality talent to hiring managers while enhancing recruitment strategies and technologies
-Serve as a thought leader for talent acquisition programs and technology; provide advice and support to business and HR leaders, addressing talent acquisition related questions and requests
-Ensure effectiveness of talent acquisition programs and provide feedback to partners for process, program, practice, and system design
-Remain nimble to adjust team focus based on business needs and feedback while maintaining a focus on top talent for the organization
-Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies and to develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.
-Planning programs and setting goals to strategically address the organization's current and future workforce needs, consulting on recruiting and staff allocation issues to departments
-Conduct presentations and training on specialty related topics.
-Work closely with the HRIS manager to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
-Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions across the organization.
-Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage passive candidates


OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintains safe and productive work environment.
-Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
-Must be able to work hours outside of the traditional Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education and Experience:-8+ years of broad, recent recruitment experience in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for hourly, nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions.-Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.-SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.-Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide sourcing and recruitment programs -Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.-Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, universities as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.-Experience in working with applicant tracking systems.
