The TA Market Intelligence, Analytics, and Insights Analyst role focuses on generating, interpreting, and making actionable recommendations based on both external and internal talent data and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning, as well as experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations on key TA and external talent metrics and trends. You will work to understand internal TA and broader Ecolab stakeholder needs, and provide actionable data and insights, recommendations, and solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on global, cross-functional initiatives aimed at creating mechanisms and processes for providing important data, facts, and intelligence that influence talent acquisition decision making and outcomes.

What You Will Do:
Market Intelligence:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify talent pools and emerging employment trends
Analyze external talent data to provide insights on competitor activities, talent availability, and industry shifts
Develop and maintain talent maps and external talent trends to support strategic hiring initiatives
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide data-driven recommendations
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market intelligence findings for key stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition team
Monitor and report on labor market conditions, including mergers, acquisitions, layoffs, and other relevant events
Utilize innovative search techniques to gather competitive intelligence and help the Talent Acquisition team identify passive candidates
Data and Analytics:
Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights and recommendations on key TA metrics and trends using a variety of internal and external data sources
Help build data solutions and reporting to support tracking, managing, and reporting on TA and recruiter KPIs.
Communicate and deliver insights, trends, and analytics across TA and contingent labor practice areas to the TA function and TA leadership using data visualizations and storytelling techniques via tools such as Visier and PowerBI
Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets, and ensure accuracy and consistency
Develop clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
Partner with other HR teams to enhance existing data sources, analytics, and data visualizations
Maintain knowledge and understanding of external metrics, analytics trends, and benchmarking to inform best practices within people analytics and planning
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3 years’ experience in market research, data analysis, strategic planning, and business intelligence
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
Strong technology/systems skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications
Able to work in an office environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Economics, or related field
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and contingent workforce best practices and trends
Experience with Visier and PowerBI reporting solutions
Knowledge of competitive benchmarking and talent mapping techniques
Familiarity with industry specific trends and competitive intelligence tools
Great initiative, curious learner with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence change
Proactive, innovative and problem-solving skills
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $83,600.00 - $125,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
