Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst
**Description** The Talent Acquisition team at Asplundh is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Analyst to support and enhance our recruitment processes through data-driven insights, system management, and operational efficiency. This role will focus on reporting, applicant tracking system (ATS) administration, and process optimization, while also assisting with job postings, pipeline build, and other TA operations as needed. **Responsibilities** 1. Reporting & Analytics + Develop and maintain TA dashboards and reports, tracking key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, life of job metrics, source effectiveness etc.). + Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies and TA processes. + Understand needs and generate ad-hoc reports and/or provide support for field recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams. 2. ATS Administration & Platform Management + Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and other recruitment related tools/technology, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. + Serve as the ATS subject matter expert, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, training users and providing system access and updates. + Collaborate with TA and HR teams to streamline and enhance recruiting processes. + Monitor and improve the candidate experience by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing initiatives to create a positive and engaging recruitment journey. + Explore and engage in candidate relationship management (CRM) tools and strategies. + Assist with building and maintaining a proactive pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 3. Operational Support + Assist with job postings on various platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance. + Maintain recruitment documentation and process guides to support team operations and provide necessary training and support. + Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence to understand hiring trends and talent availability. **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, business analytics or data analytics or related field. + 3+ years of experience in HR operations or recruiting coordination position. + 2+ years of experience leveraging data analytics. + Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday). + Skilled in data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets; Power BI is a plus). + Deep understanding of recruitment processes and metrics, labor laws, and best practices. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for process improvement. + Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. **Benefits** We offer a competitive range of benefits to support our employees’ health, well-being, and financial security.
