Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations Support
Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.Ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and propose solutions.Support the implementation of new tools or workflows to improve efficiency.Candidate Experience
Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process..General Administrative Support
Manage recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries.Provide support for onboarding activities and new hire orientations.Qualifications
Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems (a plus but not required).Interest in talent acquisition or human resources.This is a Hybrid, Reading role and will require some office attendance.
